Becoming an oncology-certified esthetician helped me to realize how cancer impacts every aspect of a person’s health and well-being. I have a heightened level of sensitivity and understanding to those affected by cancer and cancer treatments. Treatments are often harsh and loaded with uncomfortable side effects. Having a strong support system outside of the medical team makes a world of difference in healing. That’s where I can help. My holistic approach to skincare and overall wellness has given me new ways to support my oncology clients. Many of the services I offer here at Timberledge Wellness already nourish your mind, body, and soul. The power of resting in healing hands can reduce stress, pain, fatigue, and inflammation. I have created holistic facial and body treatments to nourish, support, and restore your skin and soul, aligning your inner and outer beauty. I use oncology-approved products to gently soothe, heal, and repair compromised sensitive skin. As a level 111 Reiki practitioner, I have incorporated this energy-based modality into my treatments to comfort, promote relaxation, and cleanse negative feelings and emotions. - Soulistic Skin Facial$70Soothe and heal sensitive compromised skin from harsh side effects of cancer treatments with this oncology-safe treatment. This gentle facial begins with a deep breath to release worry. It is followed by warm towels and a gentle cleanse. A rose quartz roller is then used to tenderly massage a healing facial oil into the skin and remind you of the unconditional love surrounding you. Hydrating the skin with moisture-renewing ingredients in a sheet mask calms the skin leaving it soft and dewy. While masking, a reiki session is added to comfort and balance your inner self. This all-encompassing mind-body-soul-skin treatment will leave you feeling nurtured and restored.
- Crown Renewal Ritual (for bare scalps)$50A deeply nurturing experience created to bring comfort, softness, and gentle restoration to the scalp during or after hair loss.
This sacred pause begins with warm, soothing towels and a delicate cleanse to refresh and honor the skin. Slow, intentional scalp massage invites relaxation and encourages subtle circulation, followed by a nourishing mask to replenish and cocoon the scalp in care. The ritual is completed with supportive serums and hydration to restore comfort and balance.More than a treatment, this is a moment of being tenderly held — an opportunity to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself in a space of compassion, presence, and quiet healing.
- Ground & Restore — A Coming Home to the Body Session$75This 60 min gentle Energy Touch session is designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, grounded way.
We begin with a brief check-in to arrive and center, followed by hands-on energy work and guided meditation on the table. The session closes with simple integration support — something you can carry with you beyond the table.
This offering is ideal if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, tense, or simply in need of a place to land and restore. There’s no expectation to “go deep” or have a goal — just space to come back into yourself, at your own pace.

Cozy up with heated herbal mitts and booties to moisturize and soothe dry, overworked, and underappreciated hands and feet. Moisturizers are made from a blend of natural oils, shea butter, and vitamin E and are gently massaged to leave your skin soft and supple. - Everyone’s Favorite - Scalp & Foot Treatment$25Experience a delightful scalp massage with organic oils, an energy-infused copper guasha comb, and a Kansa wand to promote circulation, release, and tension, and bring positive energy through the crown and feet. Heated booties are placed on the feet and then massaged to soothe tired, aching tootsies. Enjoyed on its own or added on to any other treatment.
- Sacred Sound Healing$66Get comfortable and prepare for a 60 minute mind, body, soul journey. A customized blend of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls will gently be placed on and around the body to harmonize the body’s cellular vibration. Enjoy a bath of sounds from the whimsical bowls, fairy chimes, gongs, seed shakers, and a peaceful ocean drum. This energy practice promotes holistic healing for the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety, and induces a comfortable state of relaxation. Reiki opens an energy channel between practitioner and client so the transfer of energy can flow restoring mental, physical, and emotional well-being. $70 60 min / $40 30 min.
- Forest Bathing$25ppFeel the healing effects of nature on a slow and gentle guided meditative walk through the woods. Connect with the forest by indulging all of your senses and exploring mindful invitational activities along the way. Breathe, wonder, listen, touch, notice, heal. Experience the woods in a whole new light. Culminate the experience, share, and honor the woods with a beautiful tea ceremony. The Forest Bathing experience lasts 2-3 hours.
